Our newest profile bending machine allows us to bend profiles with high Yield Point. The wide range of available tooling enables us to bend all standard profiles.

The two lateral guide rolls are independently and three-dimensionally adjustable which allow us to control hydraulically the profile planarity. Thanks to this new machine, we are one of the few Italian companies able to develope and manufacture autonomously such big projects and offer the highest quality level to our customers.

With the new machine, DR Costruzioni is able to bend, roll, arch HEA – HEB – HEM – IPE – UNP – INP profile with max. section of 650mm on hard way (X-X) and 1000 mm on easy way (Y-Y).

 

By configuring the new profile bending machine with an specific set of rolls, DR Construzioni SRL can bend, roll and arch tubes of up to 508mm in diameter.
